DESCRIPTION

This real estate regards a warehouse with industrial user, property of the Municipality of Ledro, and currently used by “Metallurgica Ledrenze Soc. Coop” and Mariani spa thanks to a gratuitous loan agreement.
This complex is located in the South part of Tiarno di Sopra, into a craft area of the General Town Plan and it is composed of a warehouse, a canopy, a car park, another area pertaining to the building (yards and passages) and offices.
The warehouse is composed of many bodies, which are linked to a total surface of about 6,560 m2. The original structure dates back to the 60s and it was composed of three bodies, linked and built by a prefabricated building with a vaulted ceiling in reinforced concrete and bricks. During the 80s, other two bodies were added and built with prefabricated structures. Recently, other bodies for the storage were added. The complex has an asymmetrical form without homogeneous bodies, which are not linked one to the other, and realized with different heights up to a maximum value of about 8.50 m. The building parcel No. 253 includes a small building on the South side of the warehouse, which develops on two floors above ground, built with a mixed structure, wood frames and roof with tiles in concrete for about 172 m2.
